Das Restaurant - Pizzeria " Blume " wurde 1950 als General Store geschaffen.

In den folgenden Jahren wird der typische Trattoria Toscana am Nachmittag Snacks . Es immer noch von derselben Familie geführt, mittlerweile in der dritten Generation.

Sie hat derzeit über 100 Sitzplätze und im Sommer erreicht 140 mit dem Weltall .

Pizzas von verschiedenen Typen sind in einem Holzofen gekocht und nur von Hand ausgeglichen .

The menu focuses mainly on typical Tuscan dishes (appetizer of crostini and cold meats, or Boar Pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, grilled meat), but there are also fish dishes (seafood appetizers, lobster linguine or spaghetti, Frying of fish or grilled fish).

Desserts are mostly homemade.

The restaurant is surrounded by a large parking lot ( 3000sqm ) and is closed on Tuesdays.
