The owners of Ristorante Fiore also produce an excellent extra-virgin olive oil in Tuscany. The olive grove is located in the heart of Tuscany where the soil exposed to the sun are particularly suitable for olive cultivation.
The grown olives are the most suitable for obtaining an oil fine and delicate as the muraiole, the leccine, the frantoiane and races.
These are still hand-picked mainly in November and brought to the crusher Collemezzano owned by the family of the Count Adorni Braccesi Chiassi for shattering with mechanical pressing.
We recommend you to try the oil on a hot toast with salt and pepper.
The oil is available all year round but the best time to enjoy its goodness is definitely the winter starting right from the month of collection: November.
